AN ORDINANCE, vacating any rights, title or interest of the District in
the street right-of-ways vacated by City of St. Louis Ordinances 37151, approved July
17, 1928 and 38940 approved March 30, 1931 in City Block 4002 in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri, to wit: Vacated Berthold Avenue from the east property line of St.
Louis Development Company property to the east line of vacated Pierce Avenue and
vacated Pierce Avenue from the south line of Oakland Avenue to the north line of
vacated Berthold Avenue.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this District vacate
any right, title or interest that the District may have in the subject vacated street
right-of-ways, and this District has no further use for said vacated street right-of-ways;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby vacates
any right, title or interest that it may have in the street right-of-ways as shown
hachured on the Vacation Plat marked Exhibit AA@ as attached hereto and made a
part hereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 9, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, G. J. Sheffield, C.D. Seward, J.W. Siscel, and P.P. Finn.
Nays – None
