AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 10657, as adopted November
4, 1999, and enacting a new ordinance in lieu thereof, vacating a portion of a ten foot
(10') wide easement in Lot 7 adjacent to the common lot line of Lots 7 and 8 in Block 9
of AMoorlands Park@, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
16, Page 36 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Clayton, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property as requested this District to
vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
portion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 10657, as adopted November 4, 1999, is
hereby repealed.
Section Two. The portion of the ten foot (10') wide easement in Lot 7
adjacent to the common lot line of Lots 7 and 8 in Block 9 is hereby vacated
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the rear ten feet of Lot 7 which is reserved for a private
Right of Way for the purpose of building and maintaining sewers and other public
utilities, established by the subdivision plat of AMoorlands Park@ as recorded in Plat
Book 16, Page 36 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Clayton, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 9, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, G. J. Sheffield, C.D. Seward, J.W. Siscel, and P.P. Finn.
Nays – None
