AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with J.M. Marschuetz Construction Co. for the construction of storm sewers in
Terracewood Circle 1044 & 1046 Storm Sewer (Infrastructure Repair ) 2000031, in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with J.M. Marschuetz Construction Co. for the construction of storm sewers in
Terracewood Circle 1044 & 1046 Storm Sewer (Infrastructure Repair ) 2000031, in St.
Louis County, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 15th day of
November, 1999.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 6, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, C.D. Sewrd, G. J. Sheffield, and P.P. Finn.
Nays – None.
