HomeMy Public PortalAbout10678 O R D I N A N C E NO. 10678 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating a total of Three Hundred Eighty-three Thousand Dollars ($383,000.00), to be funded as follows: Three Hundred Eighteen Thousand Dollars ($318,000.00) from the Williams Creek Construction Fund and Sixty-five Thousand Dollars ($65,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for engineering services for the final design of Williams Creek Sanitary Facilities (99092) in St. Louis County, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary- Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract E-930 with TSI Engineering, Inc. for the aforesaid engineering services. WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The total sum of Three Hundred Eighty-three Thousand Dollars ($383,000.00) to be funded as follows: Three Hundred Eighteen Thousand Dollars ($318,000.00) from the Williams Creek Construction Fund and Sixty-five Thousand Dollars ($65,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund is hereby appropriated for engineering services for the final design of Williams Creek Sanitary Facilities (99092), in St. Louis County, Missouri. Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract E-930 with TSI Engineering, Inc. for engineering services for the final design of Williams Creek Sanitary Facilities (99092); said contract to be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District. Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 6, 2000 by the following vote – Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, C.D. Sewrd, G. J. Sheffield, and P.P. Finn. Nays – None. Secretary-Treasurer
