HomeMy Public PortalAbout10682 O R D I N A N C E NO. 10682 REPEALED 2/8/01 BY 10909 AN ORDINANCE, providing that any funds owed by The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to any person or entity by reason of a blocked main sewer line or an overcharged main sewer line may be used by the District as a set-off against any funds owed by said person or entity to the District for unpaid sewer service charges, whether delinquent or not. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Any funds owed by The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to any person or entity by reason of a blocked main sewer line or an overcharged main sewer line may be used as a set-off against any funds owed by said person or entity to the District for unpaid sewer service charges, whether delinquent or not. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 6, 2000 by the following vote – Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, C.D. Sewrd, G. J. Sheffield, and P.P. Finn. Nays – None. Secretary-Treasurer
