HomeMy Public PortalAbout10694 O R D I N A N C E NO. 10694 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Forty-five Thousand Dollars ($245,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for professional consulting services to implement the Thinking, Getting and Staying Competitive program in order to design organizational change throughout the District; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District to enter into a contract with Malcolm Pirnie, Inc. for the aforesaid professional consulting services. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Forty-five Thousand Dollars ($245,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the District for professional consulting services to implement the Thinking, Getting and Staying Competitive program in order to design organizational change throughout the District. Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Malcolm Pirnie, Inc. for professional consulting services to implement the Thinking, Getting and Staying Competitive program in order to design organizational change throughout the District, said contract to be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District. Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 10, 2000 by the following vote – Ayes – C. L. Barnhart, G. J. Sheffield, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and M.C. Williams. Nays – None.
