AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to execute an
Easement Deed granting an easement to St. Louis County Water Company for the
construction and maintenance of a water line on certain District real property in St.
Louis County, Missouri in U.S. Survey 2038 and 2039 in Township 47 North, Range 5
East, also known as the former Bonfils Lagoon Site, MSD Site No. 10.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to execute an
Easement Deed granting an easement to St. Louis County Water Company for the
construction and maintenance of a water line on certain District real property in U.S.
Survey 2038 and 2039 in Township 47 North, Range 5 East, also known as the former
Bonfils Lagoon Site, MSD Site No. 10.
Section Two. The Easement Deed as authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the office
of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 10, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – C. L. Barnhart, G. J. Sheffield, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
