AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement
in Lot 1 of ACountry Club Green@, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 347, Page 11 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of
Sunset Hills, St. Louis, County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10') wide easement in Lot 1
of ACountry Club Green@, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 347, Page 11 of the St. Louis County Records, as shown hachured on
the attached AEasement Vacation Plat@, and marked Exhibit AA@ and made a part
hereof is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 10, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, G.J. Sheffield, J.W. Siscel, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
