AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Eighty-five
Thousand Dollars ($85,000.00) from the Improvement Fund to be used for additional
project costs for the construction of cellular concrete block mat channel lining, sheet
pile cutoff walls, and appurtenances in Maline Creek Bank Stabilization (98059), in the
City of Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 10634, adopted October 14, 1999, provided the
initial funding for and authorized the contract for said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty-five Thousand Dollars ($85,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Improvement Fund to be used for additional project costs
for the construction of cellular concrete block mat channel lining, sheet pile cutoff
walls, and appurtenances in Maline Creek Bank Stabilization (98059), in the City of
Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take
effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 24, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
