Dollars ($442,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to the General Fund of the
District; making a supplemental appropriation of Four Hundred Forty-two Thousand
Dollars ($442,000.00) from the General Fund of the District, and transferring Four
Hundred Thirty-three Thousand One Hundred Fifty-seven Thousand Dollars
($433,157.00) of said sum to the Finance Department Contractual Services Account
400, and Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-three Dollars ($8,843.00) of said sum to
the Finance Department Supplies Account 200, for administrative costs related to the
settlement in the District=s Class Action litigation.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Hundred Forty-two Thousand Dollars
($442,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to the
General Fund of the District.
Section Two. The sum of Four Hundred Forty-two Thousand Dollars
($442,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the District and Four
Hundred Thirty-three Thousand One Hundred Fifty-seven Dollars ($433,157.00) is
hereby transferred to the Finance Department Contractual Services Account 400, and
Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-three Dollars ($8,843.00) of said sum is hereby
transferred to the Finance Department Supplies Account 200, for administrative costs
related to the settlement in the District=s Class Action litigation.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 24, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
