AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of two five foot (5') wide
easements located in DePaul Meadows, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 332, Page 97 of the St. Louis County Records, said
easements being in Adjusted Lot 22 of ABoundary Adjustment Plat of Lots 22 and
27 of DePaul Meadows as recorded in Plat Book 332, Page 97 of the St. Louis
County Records, St. Louis County, Missouri@; a boundary adjustment according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 345, page 655 in the City of Bridgeton,
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this District has no
further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the five foot (5') wide easement along the
southeast property line of Lot 22 and the northeast 76.16 feet of the five foot (5')
wide easement along the northwest property line of Lot 27 are hereby vacated,
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the northeast five feet (5') of each easement, as
recorded in Plat Book 332, Page 97 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of
Bridgeton, St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 24, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and M.G. Reichert.
Nays – None.
