AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of the eight foot (8') wide sewer
easement (City of St. Louis Ordinance 31299), Approved June 15, 1921) centered
on the common lot line of Lot 26 and Lot 27 in Block 3 of Southampton, Plat Book
15B, Page 98, City Block 5159, City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the eight foot (8') wide sewer easement
(City of St. Louis Ordinance 31299, Approved June 15, 1921) centered on the
common lot line of Lot 26 and Lot 27 in Block 3 of Southampton, Plat Book 15B,
Page 98, City Block 5159, City of St. Louis, Missouri, as shown hachured on the
attached AEasement Vacation Plat@, and marked Exhibit AA@ and made a part
hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 24, 2000 by the following vote -
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and M.G. Reichert.
Nays – None.
