AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of the seven foot (7') wide
easement, located in Lot AA@ of APrincess Place@, a subdivision according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 348, Page 1 of the St. Louis County Records, in
the City of Kirkwood, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the seven foot (7') wide easement
recorded in Plat Book 348, Page 1 of the St. Louis County Records, as shown
hachured on the attached AEasement Vacation Plat@, and marked Exhibit AA@
and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 24, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and M.G. Reichert.
Nays – None.
