AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of the ten foot (10') wide sewer
easement recorded in Deed Book 6615, Page 1146 of the St. Louis County
Records, and being in a tract of land in Section 3, Township 44 North, Range 4
East, in the City of Ballwin, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10') wide sewer easement
recorded in Deed Book 6615, Page 1146 of the St. Louis County Records, as
shown hachured on the attached AVacation Plat@, and marked Exhibit AA@ and
made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 24, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and M.G. Reichert.
Nays – None.
