AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10') wide easement in Lots 12
thru 16 of Clay-Val, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 58, Page 20 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Wildwood, St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for
said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide easement in Lots 12 thru 16 of
Clay-Val, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 58,
Page 20 of the St. Louis County Records as shown hachured on the attached
AEasement Vacation Plat@, and marked Exhibit AA@ and made a part hereof, is
hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 24, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and M.G. Reichert.
Nays – None.
