AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
License Agreement and Contract with the Lemay J.B. Lions Club whereby the
Lemay J.B. Lions Club will be permitted access across certain District real
property in St. Louis County, Missouri on Meramec Bottoms Road to reach said
Club=s athletic fields.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a License Agreement and Contract with the Lemay J.B. Lions Club whereby
the Lemay J.B. Lions Club will be permitted access across certain District real
property in St. Louis County, Missouri on Meramec Bottoms Road to reach said
Club=s athletic fields.
Section Two. The License Agreement and Contract as authorized in
Section One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 24, 2000 by the following vote-
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and M.G. Reichert.
Nays- None.
