AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an
Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Maryland Heights, Missouri,
whereby in exchange for a portion of the existing private road to the District=s
Missouri River Treatment Plant, the City of Maryland Heights, Missouri will
construct an alternate new road and exit for the Missouri River Treatment Plant.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Maryland Heights, Missouri,
whereby in exchange for a portion of the existing private road to the District=s
Missouri River Treatment Plant, the City of Maryland Heights, Missouri will
construct an alternate new road and exit for the Missouri River Treatment Plant.
Section Two. The Intergovernmental Agreement as authorized in
Section One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 24, 2000 by the following vote-
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and M.G. Reichert.
Nays- None.
