AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to purchase
certain real property in the City of University City, Missouri to provide access to
the Skinker-McCausland Tunnel for maintenance and repairs.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
purchase certain real property in the City of University City, Missouri to provide
access to the Skinker-McCausland Tunnel for maintenance and repairs, for the
total purchase price of Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00), said real
property being more particularly described as follows:
Lots 9 & 10, North Parts Block 3 of Eastover, Plat Book 17, Page 42
Locator #17K630173, known as 7925 Olive Boulevard.
Section Two. Upon the execution and delivery to the District of a
General Warranty Deed in proper form conveying title to the above-described real
property to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized to pay to the grantor Four Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00) for said real property.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 24, 2000 by the following vote-
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and M.G. Reichert.
Nays- None.
