AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Dave Kolb Grading, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Infrastructure Repair #118 Forest Woods (P-460) to Wynstay (94047), in the City of
Valley Park, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Dave Kolb Grading, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Infrastructure Repair #118 Forest Woods (P-460) to Wynstay (94047), in the City of
Valley Park, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 10th day of March,
2000.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
