AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Two
Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) from the Improvement Fund to be
used for additional project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in FF-09
Fee Fee Creek Sanitary Relief L-51 (P-718) Phase III (89138C), in the City of
Maryland Heights, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 10554, adopted May 6, 1999, appropriated
the initial funding for said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The total sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars
($250,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Improvement Fund for additional
project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in FF-09 Fee Fee Creek
Sanitary Relief L-51 (P-718) Phase III (89138C), in the City of Maryland Heights,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
