AN ORDINANCE, ordering and directing that all documents intended
for introduction or adoption at any meeting of the Board of Trustees of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District be delivered to all members of the Board no
later than five (5) working days in advance of the Board meeting, notwithstanding
documents pertaining to certain issues as may arise on an emergency basis.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. It is hereby ordered and directed that all documents
intended for introduction or adoption at any meeting of the Board of Trustees of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District be delivered to all members of the Board
no later than five (5) working days in advance of the Board meeting. The foregoing
rule may be suspended for documents pertaining to certain issues as may arise on
an emergency basis.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
