AN ORDINANCE, vacating a five foot (5') wide easement in Lot 59 of
Audubon Woods Plat 1, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 280, Page 29 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Manchester,
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for
said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The five foot (5') wide easement in Lot 59 of Audubon
Woods Plat 1, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
280, Page 29 of the St. Louis County Records as shown hachured on the attached
AEasement Vacation Plat@, and marked Exhibit AA@ and made a part hereof, is
hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
