AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a fifteen foot (15') wide
easement recorded in Deed Book 8891, page 1290 of the St. Louis County
Records, said easement being in Adjusted Lot 17 of the ABoundary Adjustment
Plat of Lot 15 of McKnight Acres and Lot 17 of McKnight Acres Addition@, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 346, Page 702 in
the City of Richmond Heights, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the fifteen foot (15') wide easement
recorded in Deed Book 8891, Page 1290 of the St. Louis County Records, as
shown hachured on the attached AEasement Vacation Plat@, and marked Exhibit
AA@ and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
