AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement
recorded in AA tract of land being Lots 1 and 2 of Bridle Ridge Estates and part of
adjusted Parcel B of Boundary Adjustment Plat (P.B. 347, Page 68) in Section 25,
Township 45 North-Range 5 East, City of Huntleigh, St. Louis County, Missouri@,
a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 347, Page 670 of
the St. Louis County Records, said easement being in Adjusted Parcel B of AA
tract of land being Lot 2 of Bridle Ridge Estates and Adjusted Parcel B of a
Boundary Adjustment Plat recorded in Plat Book 347, Page 68 in Section 25,
Township 45 North-Range 5 East, City of Huntleigh, St. Louis County, Missouri@ a
Boundary Adjustment Plat according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 347,
Page 669 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Huntleigh, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10') wide easement recorded
in Plat Book 347, Page 670 of the St. Louis County Records as shown hachured on
the attached AEasement Vacation Plat@ and marked Exhibit AA@ and made a part
hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
