AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement
recorded in AA tract of land being Lots 1 and 2 of Bridle Ridge Estates and part of
Adjusted Parcel B of Boundary Adjustment Plat (P.B. 347 Page 670 in Section 25,
Township 45 North-Range 5 East, City of Huntleigh, St. Louis County, Missouri@ a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 347, Page 670 of
the St. Louis County Records, said easement being in Lots 3 and 4 of Bridle Ridge
Estates, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 347,
Page 372 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Huntleigh, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject properties have requested this
District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further
use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10') wide easement recorded
in Plat Book 347, Page 670 of the St. Louis County Records as shown hachured on
the attached AEasement Vacation Plat@ and marked Exhibit AA@ and made a part
hereof, is hereby vacated EXCEPTING THEREFROM the easements established by
Bridle Ridge Estates, as recorded in Plat Book 347, Page 372 of the St. Louis
County Records, in the City of Huntleigh, St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
