AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a twenty and one half foot
(20.5') wide easement located in City Block 987 and recorded in Deed Book 8594,
Page 97 in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further
use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a twenty and one half foot (20.5') wide
easement in said City Block 987 as shown hachured on the attached AEasement
Vacation Plat@, and marked Exhibit AA@ and made a part hereof, is hereby
vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
