AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10') wide easement centered five
feet (5') on each side of the common lot line of Lots 91 and 92 of Southwick Plat
13", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 320, Page 30
of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide easement centered five feet (5') on
each side of the common lot line of Lots 91 and 92 of ASouthwick Plat 13", a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 320, Page 30 of the
St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri as shown hachured on
the attached AEasement Vacation Plat@, and marked Exhibit AA@ and made a part
hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
