AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide and twenty
foot (20') wide easement in Lot 2 of AGeorgetown Estates@, a subdivision according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 106, Page 23 of the St. Louis County
Records, in the City of Chesterfield, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10') wide and twenty foot
(20') wide easement in Lot 2 of AGeorgetown Estates@, a subdivision according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 106, Page 23 of the St. Louis County
Records, in the City of Chesterfield, St. Louis County, Missouri, as shown
hachured on the attached AEasement Vacation Plat@, and marked Exhibit AA@
and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated EXCEPTING THEREFROM the
easement recorded in Deed Book 12043, Pages 298 thru 300 of the St. Louis
County Records, in the City of Chesterfield, St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
