AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of the western five feet (5') of the
ten foot (10') wide easement along the western line of Lot 3 of St. Paul Trails
Easement Plat, recorded in Plat Book 253, Page 70 and in ASt. Paul Trails@, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 253, Page 11 of the
St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the western five feet (5') of the ten foot
(10') wide easement along the western line of Lot 3 of St. Paul Trails Easement Plat
recorded in Plat Book 253, Page 70 and in ASt. Paul Trails@, a subdivision
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 253, Page 11 of the St. Louis
County records is hereby vacated, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the northern ten feet
(10') thereof adjacent to the fifteen foot (15') wide Dedication Strip along St. Paul
Road and also the ten feet (10') thereof adjacent to the south line of Section 9
T44N., R4E.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
