AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of One Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for additional project costs for the
construction of sanitary and storm sewers in GC-12 & GC-13 Sanitary Relief and St.
George Storm Channel Phase II (89144B), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 10632, as adopted October 14, 1999, provided
the initial funding for said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00),
is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for additional project costs for the
construction of sanitary and storm sewers in GC-12 & GC-13 Sanitary Relief and St.
George Storm Channel Phase II (89144B), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
