AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to American Motorists
Insurance Company (Marsh USA, agent) for covering the bond for the Secretary-
Treasurer for the period July 1, 2000 to June 30, 2001.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The American Motorists Insurance Company is
hereby awarded the contract for the bond for the Secretary-Treasurer from July 1,
2000 to June 30, 2001.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
