AN ORDINANCE, awarding contracts to National Union Fire Insurance
Company, Royal Indemnity Company and Gulf Insurance Company (Marsh USA,
agent) for the District's Excess Flood and Earthquake Insurance coverage from
July 1, 2000 to June 30, 2001.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The National Union Fire Insurance Company, Royal
Indemnity Company and Gulf Insurance Company (Marsh USA, agent) are hereby
awarded contracts for the District's Excess Flood and Earthquake Insurance
coverage, for cumulative flood and earthquake damage ranging from $75 Million
through $200 Million, from July 1, 2000 to June 30, 2001.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
