AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Royal Indemnity Company
for the District's Consolidated Liability Program coverage from July 1, 2000 to
June 30, 2001.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Royal Indemnity Company who submitted a quote
for the Consolidated Liability Program, with an annual aggregate and per
occurrence limit of Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000.00) and a One Hundred
Thousand Dollar ($100,000.00) deductible per claim, at a premium of Three
Hundred Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($315,000.00) for such policy period, is hereby
awarded the contract for such insurance coverage from July 1, 2000 to June 30,
2001.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
