AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10') wide easement along the
south property line of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Block 1 of AFalzone=s Sub.@, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 20, Page 97 of
the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Ladue, St. Louis County, Missouri,
and known as 18K130179, and further known as #3 Berkley Lane.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for
said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide easement along the south
property line of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Block 1 of AFalzone=s Sub.@, a subdivision
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 20, Page 97 of the St. Louis
County Records, in the City of Ladue, St. Louis County, Missouri, and known as
18K130179, and further known as #3 Berkley Lane, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
