AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide
easement, being in Lot 21 of Fox View Estates, a subdivision according to the plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 186, Page 65 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10') wide easement, being in
Lot 21 of Fox View Estates, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 186, Page 65 of the St. Louis County Records, as shown hachured on
the attached AEasement Vacation Plat@, and marked Exhibit AA@ and made a part
hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
