AN ORDINANCE, vacating a stormwater control easement located in
Lot 2 of Damian Kroenung Estates, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 214, Page 64 of the St. Louis County Records in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the stormwater control easement, and this District has no
further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The stormwater control easement in said Lot 2 of
Damian Kroenung Estates as shown hachured on the attached AEasement
Vacation Plat@, and marked Exhibit AA@ and made a part hereof, is hereby
vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 20, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, J.W. Siscel, M.G. Reichert, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
