AN ORDINANCE, vacating a one and one-half foot (1.5') wide strip of
an existing seven and one-half foot (7.5') wide easement recorded in Deed Book
2881, Page 478 of the St. Louis County Recorder=s Office and being in Part of Lot
6 Sutter=s Estates Subd. U.S. Survey 378 & 2033 Township 45 North, Range 6
East, University City, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further
use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The one and one-half foot (1.5') wide strip of the existing
seven and one-half foot (7.5') wide easement recorded in Deed Book 2881, Page
478 of the St. Louis County Recorder=s Office as shown hachured on the attached
AEasement Vacation Plat@, and marked Exhibit AA@ and made a part hereof, is
hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 20, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, J.W. Siscel, M.G. Reichert, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
