AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to grant to St.
Louis County, Missouri an easement for sidewalks over and across certain real
property of the District in St. Louis County, Missouri, known and numbered as
1373 Trampe Avenue, and to execute an instrument giving effect thereto.
WHEREAS, the subject real property was formerly used as a pump
station site, and is now vacant, and the granting of said easement will not
interfere with any District operation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District does hereby
grant to St. Louis County, Missouri an easement for sidewalks over and across
certain real property of the District in St. Louis County, Missouri, known and
numbered as 1373 Trampe Avenue, said easement being shown hachured on the
attached Exhibit AA@ and made a part hereof.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
execute an instrument giving effect to Section One of this ordinance.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, J.W. Siscel, and M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
