AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Vector Communications Corporations whereby Vector
Communications Corporations will develop a walking tour video of a District
treatment plant along with an accompanying brochure to guide visitors through
said treatment plant and explain the wastewater treatment process.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with Vector Communications Corporations whereby Vector
Communications Corporations will develop a walking tour video of a District
treatment plant along with an accompanying brochure to guide visitors through
said treatment plant and explain the wastewater treatment process.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the
office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, C.D. Seward, and P.P. Finn.
Nays – M.G. Reichert.
