AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement
recorded in Deed Book 1370, Page 157 of the St. Louis County Records, said
easement being in Lot 16 of Appel Tract, a subdivision according to the plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 38, Page 81 of the St. Louis County Records, in
the City of Glendale, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further
use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10') wide easement recorded
in Deed Book 1370, Page 157 of the St. Louis County Records, as shown hachured
on the attached AEasement Vacation Plat@, and marked Exhibit AA@ and made a
part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, C.D. Seward, J.W. Siscel, and
P.P. Finn.
Nays – None.
