AN ORDINANCE, vacating a four foot (4') wide portion of an existing
ten foot (10') wide easement as established on Lot 18 of AMiriam Acres@, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 99, Pages 78 and
79 and shown on Lot 6 of ABlumer Estates@, a subdivision according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 346, Page 595 of the St. Louis County Records, in
the City of Webster Groves, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The four foot (4') wide portion of an existing ten foot (10')
wide easement as established on Lot 18 of AMiriam Acres@, a subdivision
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 99, Pages 78 and 79 and
shown on Lot 6 of ABlumer Estates@, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 346, Page 595 of the St. Louis County Records as shown
hachured on the attached AEasement Vacation Plat@, and marked Exhibit AA@
and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, C.D. Seward, and J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
