AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a twenty foot (20') wide
easement centered ten feet (10') on each side of the common lot line of Lots 15 and
16 of ASpirit Trade Center Plat Two@, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 347, Pages 464 and 465 of the St. Louis County Records, in
the City of Chesterfield, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the twenty foot (20') wide easement
centered ten feet (10') on each side of the common lot line of Lots 15 and 16 of
ASpirit Trade Center Plat Two@, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 347, Pages 464 and 465 of the St. Louis County Records as
shown hachured on the attached AEasement Vacation Plat@, and marked Exhibit
AA@ and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, C.D. Seward, and J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
