AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an existing ten foot (10') wide
easement recorded in Plat Book 166, Page 84 of the St. Louis County Recorder=s
Office and being in Lot C121 of AChesterfield Village Area A Phase One Plat Two@
and in Part of Lot 4 of the ABoundary Adjustment Plat Chesterfield Village Area
A@, U.S. Survey 41S, Township 45 North, Range 4 East, Chesterfield, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further
use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the existing ten foot (10') wide easement
recorded in Plat Book 166, Page 84 of the St. Louis County Recorder=s Office as
shown hachured on the attached AEasement Vacation Plat@, and marked Exhibit
AA@ and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, C.D. Seward, and J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
