AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement
recorded in Deed Book 1598, Page 374 of the St. Louis County Records, in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further
ruse for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in
Deed Book 1598, page 374 as shown hachured on the attached AEasement
Vacation Plat@, and marked Exhibit AA@ and made a part hereof, is hereby
vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, C.D. Seward, and J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
