AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County,
Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No.99043 (Milburn Road No. 5407-5424) of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there
is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or
improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as
Subdistrict No. 99043 (Milburn Road No. 5407-5424).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 99043 (Milburn Road
No. 5407-5424) shall be as follows:

A tract of land being part of the of Section 11, Township 43 North, Range 6 East, St. Louis
County, Missouri and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the east line of Milburn Avenue, 40 feet wide, said point being the
northwest corner of property conveyed to Troy E. Hobson and Janet M. Hobson, his wife, and
Kent R. Hobson, as joint tenants, by deed recorded in Deed Book 10193, Page 2224 of the St.
Louis County Recorder's Office, said point also being the southwest corner of property conveyed
to Nick B. Botonis by deed recorded in Deed Book 8588, Page 1059 of said recorder's office;
thence eastwardly and leaving said east line of Milburn Avenue, 40 foot wide, and proceeding
along the north line of said Hobson, Etal. property, a distance of 200.00 feet; thence leaving the
north line of said Hobson, Etal. property and proceeding in a southwardly direction being parallel
with the center line of said Milburn Avenue, a distance of 200.00 feet to the southeast corner of
property conveyed to Cary M. Igleheart and Carol P. Igleheart, trustees, by deed recorded in
Deed Book 10136, Page 1942 of said recorder's office; thence proceeding westwardly along the
south line of said Igleheart property, a distance of 112.60 feet; thence leaving the south line of
said Igleheart property and proceeding in a southwardly direction being parallel with said center
line of Milburn Avenue, a distance of 228.83 feet to its intersection with the south line of parcel 2
of property conveyed to Edwin John Dirnbeck and Betty Sue Dirnbeck, by deed recorded in Deed
Book 11555, Page 44 of said recorder's office; thence proceeding westwardly along the south line
of said Dirnbeck property and its westward prolongation, a distance of 107.40 feet to its
intersection with the aforementioned center line of Milburn Avenue, 40 feet wide; thence
proceeding northwardly along said center line of Milburn Avenue, a distance of 182.64 feet to its
intersection with the eastward prolongation of the south line of property conveyed to John M.
Vernon and Andrea F. Vernon, his wife, by deed recorded in Deed Book 7146, Page 889 of said
recorder's office; thence proceeding westwardly along said eastward prolongation and the south
line of said Vernon property, a distance of 180.00 feet; thence leaving the south line of said
Vernon property and proceeding in a northwardly direction being parallel with said center line of
Milburn Avenue, a distance of 250.00 feet to its intersection with the south line of property
conveyed to James P. Walsh Sr. and Jeanne M. Walsh, his wife, by deed recorded in Deed Book
9413, Page 1265 of said recorder's office; thence proceeding westwardly along the south line of
said Walsh property, a distance of 40.00 feet; thence leaving the south line of said Walsh
property and proceeding in a northwardly direction being parallel with said center line of Milburn
Avenue, a distance of 100.00 feet to its intersection with the south line of property conveyed to
James E. Laws and Pamela M. Laws, his wife, by deed recorded in Deed Book 7158, Page 393
of said recorder's office; thence proceeding eastwardly along the south line of said Laws property
and its eastward prolongation a distance of 220.00 feet to its intersection with said center line of
Milburn Avenue, 40 feet wide; thence proceeding southwardly along said center line of Milburn
Avenue, a distance of 103.86 feet to its intersection with the westward prolongation of the
aforementioned north line of the Hobson, Etal. property as recorded in Deed Book 10193, Page
2224 of said recorder's office; thence proceeding eastwardly along said westward prolongation, a
distance of 20.00 feet to the northwest corner of said Hobson, Etal. property, being the point of
beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 2000 by the following vote
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, C.D. Seward, and P.P. Finn.
Nays – None.
