AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Forty-Four Thousand
Nine Hundred Eighty-One and 90/100 Dollars ($144,981.90) from the General
Fund of the District for the completion of sanitary and storm sewers in
subdivisions located within unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri has collected the funds as
herein appropriated for the completion and repair of said sanitary and storm
sewers, and deposited said funds with the District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Nine
Hundred Eighty-One and 90/100 Dollars ($144,981.90) is hereby appropriated
from the General Fund of the District for the completion and repair of sanitary
and storm sewers in subdivisions located within unincorporated St. Louis County,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, C.D. Seward, and P.P. Finn.
Nays – None.
