AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Personal Assistance Services for Employee Assistance Program
(E.A.P.) services for District employees for the period of February 1, 2001 to
January 31, 2002, with two (2) additional one year extension periods to be
exercised at the option of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with Personal Assistance Services for Employee Assistance
Program (E.A.P.) services for the District employees.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this
Ordinance shall provide for an initial term of one (1) year, from February 1, 2001
to January 31, 2002, with two (2) additional one year extension periods to be
exercised at the option of the District, and such other terms and conditions as are
approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, C.D. Seward, and P.P. Finn.
Nays – None.
