AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Buck & Associates, Inc. for a job study of all Labor and Trades
Schedule and Management Schedule positions of the District.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 10684, adopted January 6, 2000,
authorized a contract for a job study of all Administrative and Technical Schedule
A positions of the District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with Buck & Associates, Inc. for a job study of all Labor and Trades
Schedule and Management Schedule positions of the District.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One above shall be
comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the
General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, C.D. Seward, and P.P. Finn.
Nays – None.
