AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Indian Harbor Insurance
Company for the District's Sewer Line Backup Insurance coverage from January
1, 2001 to July 1, 2001.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Indian Harbor Insurance Company who
submitted a quote for the District's Sewer Line Backup Insurance coverage, with
an annual aggregate limit not to exceed One Million Five Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($1,500,000.00), with a Ten Thousand Dollar ($10,000.00) deductible per
claim, at a premium of One Hundred Forty-three Thousand Two Hundred Fifty
Dollars ($143,250.00) for such policy period, is hereby awarded the contract for
such insurance coverage from January 1, 2001 to July 1, 2001.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 2000 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, C.D. Seward, and P.P. Finn.
Nays – None.
