HomeMy Public PortalAbout10871 O R D I N A N C E NO. 10871 AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 10631, as adopted October 14, 1999, and enacting a new ordinance in lieu thereof, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 91112 (Ozark & Tablerock) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Ordinance No. 10631, as adopted October 14, 1999, is hereby repealed. Section Two. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 91112 (Ozark & Tablerock). Section Three. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 91112 (Ozark & Tablerock) shall be as follows: 2 OZARK & TABLEROCK SUBDISTRICT 91112 A tract of land being part of "Ozark View", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 10 of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office, Part of "Elijah Hutchinson's Subdivision", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 70 of the St. Louis City (former County) Recorder's Office, and Part of the Subdivision in Partition of the Estate of Richard Lowe in U.S. Survey 1928, U.S. Survey 1928, and Section 4 and 9 in Township 44 North - Range 5 East, St. Louis County, Missouri and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Southeast line of Lot 2 of said "Ozark View" Subdivision and the Northeast line of Barrett Station Road, 40 feet wide; thence northwestwardly along said Northeast line of Barrett Station Road a distance of 958.97 feet to an angle point; thence northwestwardly and continuing along said Northeast line a distance of 21.35 feet to a point; thence leaving said Northeast line of Barrett Station Road and proceeding northward along a line being distant 52.46 feet westwardly of, parallel and at right angles to the East line of property conveyed to Betty Lucille Leuthauser and James Richard Leuthauser, her husband, by deed recorded in Book 6301, Page 1908 of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office and proceeding along said Northward line's northward prolongation to its intersection with the North line of property conveyed to Betty Lucille Leuthauser and James Richard Leuthauser, her husband, by deed recorded in Book 3091, Page 307 of said recorder's office, said point being distant westwardly of and along said North line a distance of 40.73 feet from the northeast corner thereof; thence westwardly along said North line and along its westward prolongation to the West line of Barrett Station Road, 40 feet wide; thence northwardly along said West line to its intersection with the Southeast line of Old Dougherty Ferry Road, 40 feet wide; thence southwestwardly along said Southeast line of Old Dougherty Ferry Road to a point, said point being distant northeastwardly of and along said Southeast line a distance of 82.26 feet from the northernmost corner of property conveyed to St. Louis County, Missouri by deed recorded in Book 7584, Page 964 of said recorders office; thence leaving said Southeast line of Old Dougherty Ferry Road and proceeding southeastwardly, along lines being distant 82.26 feet northeastwardly of, parallel and at right angles to the Northeast line of the aforementioned St. Louis County property, to its intersection with the Northwest line of property conveyed to Joseph N. Leritz and Mary Elizabeth Leritz, husband and wife; and John H. Doerr and Ann Doerr, 3 husband and wife, by deed recorded in Book 8422, Page 2302 of said recorder's office; thence northeastwardly along said Leritz, etal. property to the westernmost corner of property conveyed to St. Louis County, Missouri by deed recorded in Book 8866, Page 1007, being the current southwest line of Barrett Station Road, various widths; thence generally southeastwardly along said Southwest line of Barrett Station Road the following general courses and distances, southeastwardly 23.46 feet to a point, northeastwardly 2.40 feet to a point, southeastwardly 32.20 feet to a point; thence southwestwardly along said Southwest line of Barrett Station Road and along its southwestern prolongation a distance of 9.66 feet to a point; thence southeastwardly and parallel to the original Center line of Barrett Station Road, 40 feet wide, to its intersection with the Southeast line of the aforementioned Leritz, etal. property; thence southwestwardly along said Southeast line of the Leritz, etal. property a distance of 19.92 feet to a point, said point being distant northeastwardly of and along said Southeast line a distance of 153.67 feet from the southernmost corner of said Leritz, etal. property; thence southeastwardly and parallel to the Southwest line of Barrett Station Road to the Northwest line of property conveyed to Mildred J. Adams and Richard C. Adams, Jr. as joint tenants, by deed recorded in Book 6901, Page 672 of said recorder's office; thence southwestwardly along said Northwest line a distance of 8.67 feet to a point; thence southeastwardly and parallel to the Southwest of Barrett Station Road, to its intersection with Southeast line of the aforementioned Adams, etal. property; thence southwestwardly along said Southeast a distance 13.18 feet to a point, said point being distant northeastwardly of and along said Southeast line a distance of 131.82 feet from the southernmost corner of said Adams, etal. property; thence southeastwardly and parallel to the Southwest line of Barrett Station Road, to its intersection with the Southeast line of property conveyed to Eugene P. Reinhold and Cheryl F. Reinhold, husband and wife, by deed recorded in Book 9558, Page 2347 of said recorder's office; thence along said Southeast line a distance of 131.82 feet to the southernmost corner of said Reinhold property; thence southeastwardly along the southeastward prolongation of the Southwest line of said Reinhold property a distance of 40.00 feet to a point on a property line of the aforementioned St. Louis County property by deed recorded in Book 7584, Page 964 of said recorder's office, said property line being the Northwest line of Parcel #1 of property conveyed to St. Louis County, Missouri, by deed recorded in Book 8041, Page 2142 of said recorder's office; thence southwestwardly along said Northwest line a distance of 172.41 feet to a point ; thence northwestwardly along lines being distant 172.40 feet southwestwardly of, parallel and at right angles to the aforementioned Northeast line of the St. Louis County property by deed recorded in Book 7584, Page 964 of said recorder's office, to its intersection with the South line of the aforementioned Old Dougherty Ferry Road, 40 feet wide; thence westwardly and along said South line of Old Dougherty Ferry Road to the northwesternmost corner of said St. Louis County, Missouri property by deed 4 recorded in Book 7584, Page 964 of said recorder's office; thence continuing westwardly along said South line of Old Dougherty Ferry Road to its intersection with the southward prolongation of the west line of property conveyed to Theodore F. Beussink by deed 6 recorded in Book 9498, Page 1807 of said recorder's office; thence southwardly along the West line of said Beussink property a distance of 74.41 feet to a point; thence southeastwardly along a line being 90.18 feet northeastwardly of, parallel and at right angles to the Southwest line of said Beussink property a distance of 191.87 feet to a point on the Southeast line of said Beussink property; thence northeastwardly along said Southeast line a distance of 11.93 feet to a point, said point being distant 102.11 feet northeastwardly of the Northeast line of Barrett Station Road, 40 feet wide, as measured along said Southeast line; thence southeastwardly along a line being 102.11 feet northeastwardly of, parallel and at right angles to said Northeastern line of Barrett Station Road, 40 feet wide, to a point on the Northwest line of property conveyed to Stephen P.
